Associate Dentist – Robina, QLD

Dental Members Robina is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established clinic team for an initial 2–3 days per week, with the chance to increase days as patient demand grows. This is an excellent chance for a motivated dentist looking to build a strong and consistent patient base in a supportive, structured environment. You will have access to an established stream of Dental Members Australia patients, including patients proceeding through payment plans and superannuation funding pathways.

The role offers a $500 daily retainer for agreed starting days, calculated monthly, together with a 35% commission structure. You will also be supported by an experienced clinical, administrative and treatment coordination team.

About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality general and comprehensive dental care to a growing base of patients. You will be supported with patient coordination, treatment presentation and funding pathways, allowing you to focus on providing excellent clinical care and building strong patient relationships.

The role is ideal for a dentist who is confident discussing treatment options, enjoys comprehensive dentistry and is motivated to grow within an established practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Confidence discussing comprehensive treatment plans with patients
- Minimum 3-5 years of general dentistry experience required
- Crown, bridge and denture experience highly regarded
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team
- A professional, patient-centred approach to care
- Interest in building a long-term patient base and increasing days over time
