Step into a leadership role with one of Australia’s fastest growing hospitality brands. Yo‑Chi is opening a brand recent venue in Crows Nest and we are looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to help bring it to life.

Start straight away by training in an existing Yo‑Chi store, learning our culture, systems, and standards, while playing a key role in recruiting and building your brand new Crows Nest team ahead of opening. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the ground up, shaping the team, setting the tone, and launching an incredible new venue.

What you will be doing





- Train in an established Yo‑Chi venue to learn operations and leadership
- Support the opening of Yo‑Chi Crows Nest including recruiting, onboarding, and training the team
- Lead shifts with energy and confidence, delivering standout guest experiences
- Coach and develop a high‑performing, engaged team
- Maintain service, quality, safety, and brand standards
- Manage labour and costs to contribute to venue performance
- Build connections in the local community to grow Yo‑Chi’s presence

What we are looking for

- Leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Experience in stock ordering, rostering, cash handling, and working towards KPIs
- Confident managing daily operations and performance
- Adaptable, resilient, and excited by the pace of a current venue opening
