**Venue General Manager & Assistant Venue Manager**

Step into a leadership role with one of Australia’s fastest growing hospitality brands! Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in Crows Nest in a few months, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Venue General Manager and Assistant Venue Manager to help bring it to life.

The best part? You can start straight away. You’ll begin by training in an existing Yo-Chi store, immersing yourself in our culture, systems, and standards, while also playing a key role in recruiting and building your brand-new Crows Nest team ahead of opening.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Train in an established Yo-Chi venue to learn our operations, systems, and leadership approach

Support the end to end opening of Yo-Chi Crows Nest, including recruitment, onboarding, and team training

Lead by example to deliver standout guest experiences every shift

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, engaged team

Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and venue presentation

Manage labour, COGS, and financial performance (P&L; accountability for VGM role)

Create strong connections within the local Crows Nest community to grow the Yo-Chi love

**Who we’re looking for**:
Experienced leaders in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded)

Strong people leaders who love building team culture from the ground up

Confidence managing operations and performance (financial acumen essential for VGM role)

Adaptable, resilient, and excited by the pace of a new venue opening

Leaders who bring positive energy, accountability, and great vibes to work
