Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Must have capacity to work flexibly including mornings, evenings and short shifts. Must have experience with medication management, personal care.

Ability to speak English, Working with Children Check and a valid drivers licence are essential for this role.

The role may include but not limited to:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
