As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Narellan Vale, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

**About Goodstart Narellan Vale**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Narellan Vale can be seen from the main road and is next to the local primary school and the high school is not much further away.



We are close to schools and shops and although we are close to major roads, our centre is as quiet and secure as it is convenient. Our centre provides care for children six weeks through to six years. Each room has qualified and experienced staff monitoring the individual development and milestones of each child and ensuring a nurturing and caring environment is maintained.
