Job Title: KFC Store Manager

Location: KFC - Kings Cross (Potts Point) NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 base + Incentives

About the Role

Pansummit Pty. Ltd. is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager with a positive, hands-on attitude to lead the daily operations of our KFC Kings Cross (Potts Point) store.

In this fast-paced leadership role, you will oversee store performance, inspire and develop a diverse team, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service and quality food. You will also play a key role in driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and maintaining KFC’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise, direct and control the overall operations of the KFC store to ensure the effective delivery of services and the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

- Manage stock ordering, stock levels and inventory control processes to ensure adequate supply of food products, packaging materials and other store consumables.

- Prepare and manage staff rosters and labour allocation to meet operational requirements, customer demand and labour cost objectives.

- Recruit, train, supervise and develop store employees, including monitoring performance, providing ongoing coaching and supporting staff progression within the business.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards, product quality, and effective resolution of customer feedback and complaints.

- Monitor the store’s financial performance, including sales, budgets, labour costs and other key performance indicators,



and implement measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, upselling opportunities, and effective use of reporting systems and dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, workplace health and safety obligations, company policies and operational procedures, and maintain a safe and hygienic store environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retail Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment.

- Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and coach employees.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Sound business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, P&L;, and financial reporting.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Adaptable and confident using a variety of workplace systems and applications.

- Passion for customer service, quality food, and operational excellence.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
