We now have a full-time position open for our PACK & SEND Brendale store in Brendale, QLD 4500!

Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our Brendale Service Centre requires a customer-focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their skills and gain extensive experience in customer relations, consultative sales and retail store management with a growth potential to business management roles.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate with access to comprehensive operation guides, world-class training material, and ongoing coaching, development, and support.

For a successful application, you must have:

- Outstanding Customer Relations: Great customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area - A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required

- Strong sales and conversion skills: High performing sales and conversion skills with demonstrated experience and success - A minimum of 12 months of demonstrated consultative sales experience is required

- Excellent Communication skills: Elegant, articulate, and professional communication skills - verbal and written

- Strong Computer Skills:



Competence and confidence in navigating point of sale computer programs and fast learner in using multiple apps, MS Office, AI apps and other general use software

- A Growth Mindset: You are genuinely keen to learn, improve your skills, and grow alongside our business while taking most advantage of the support, coaching and training materials provided.

- A Success and Results-Driven Attitude: Showing true effort towards meeting and exceeding performance KPIs, customer service and retail management standards, and sales targets

- High Energy and Fitness: Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant, and high-spirited approach

- The Essentials: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, no criminal offences (National Police Check required), and a commute of less than 30 minutes to Brendale, QLD 4500.

Advantage points if you have:

- Previous experience in logistics and the freight/courier industry

- Experience or interest in pick-packing and warehousing tasks (helpful during busy periods)

- A valid driver's license and clean driving history check for ad-hoc local pickups and deliveries (only during busy periods or in emergency situations)

Role Description:

- Full-time - Monday to Friday (In the Retail Store - No remote work)

- Assisting customers with professional advice, pricing, and selling our range of logistics, freight and packing solutions in person, over the phone,



and through other communication channels

- Making phone calls, sending emails, and communicating with customers and suppliers on a daily basis

- Invoicing, consigning parcels, and freight management using our computer systems

- Tracking and tracing consignments on our system and resolving delivery/customer issues

- Helping with the lifting, measuring and packing of items, from small parcels to large artworks

- Completing various administrative tasks within agreed timeframes to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre
