From our Australian base, we export to 25 countries, with warehouses across three continents and teams in Sydney (Frenchs Forest) and Macksville. We develop products end-to-end, from concept through to manufacturing, marketing and global distribution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team in Sydney - Frenchs Forest.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver design across packaging, print, digital and campaigns, supporting product launches across Australia and international markets.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales and product teams, managing projects from concept through to production, ensuring all creative is on-brand, accurate and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Design packaging, POS, catalogues, brochures and promotional materials

- Create digital assets for web, eDM and social media

- Take projects from concept through to print production

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute briefs

- Manage artwork approvals and production workflow

- Liaise with printers and suppliers (including quoting)

- Support product launches and marketing campaigns

- Assist with photography and basic video content when required

- Contribute ideas and creative direction to campaigns

About You

You’re a practical,



detail-focused designer who can balance creativity with commercial outcomes. You’re comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Knowledge

- 4 years’ experience in a similar Graphic Design role

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Solid layout, typography and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing new ideas

Skills & Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Confident communicator who works well in a team environment

- Creative thinker who can also work within brand guidelines

- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

- Comfortable working independently when required

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Photography and basic video experience (desirable)

Nice to have

- FMCG or packaging experience

- Social media and digital design experience

- HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing tools

- AI image tools (e.g. Midjourney)

- Photography or basic video skills
