An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join a high-performing team based in the heart of Crows Nest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy office environment, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting both the sales and property management teams.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a front desk role.

You'll be involved in a variety of administrative, marketing, and sales support tasks, giving you valuable exposure to the real estate industry while working within a collaborative and welcoming office.

With a smaller team based in the Crows Nest office and the support of a larger multi-office network, you'll have the opportunity to be genuinely involved in the day-to-day operations of a successful agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting clients and visitors and creating a welcoming office environment
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Preparing proposal documents, pre-listing kits, agency agreements, and open home packs
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, e-blasts, sold materials, and property research
- Managing key tagging and tracking systems
- Maintaining presentation of reception, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies




- Providing administrative support to sales and property management teams
- Liaising with clients, agents, and internal staff
- Assisting with additional office administration duties as required

About You

- Must have or be willing to obtain their Certificate of Registration
- Previous administration, customer service, or reception experience preferred
- Real estate experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
