Midvale Barber is seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our professional

team on a full-time basis (minimum 38 hours per week).

Position: Hairdresser – Full Time

Location: Midvale WA 6056

Salary: $72,000 – $82,000 per annum plus superannuation

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide a wide range of hairdressing services while delivering

excellent customer service in a busy and qualified barbershop environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 Consulting with clients to determine hairstyle, colouring and treatment

requirements

 Cutting, trimming, tapering, styling and shaping hair using scissors, clippers and

razors

 Shampooing, conditioning and treating hair and scalp

 Performing hair colouring, bleaching, tinting and highlighting services

 Styling hair for different looks and occasions

 Recommending hair care products and treatments to clients





 Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon

 Managing appointments and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience Required

 Relevant qualification in Hairdressing

 At least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

 Strong knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques, trends and grooming

styles

 Experience in cutting and styling men’s and women’s hair

 Ability to perform colouring and chemical treatment services

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

 Reliable, professional and well-presented
