Permanent Childcare Educator | Banyo
At Journey Early Learning, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Educator to join our Banyo team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday in the kindergarten age group— a role where you’ll build meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues while growing your own career.

Your Role
As a Permanent Educator, you’ll play an important part in creating safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environments. You’ll help guide children’s development, contribute to daily programs, and be a valued part of a cooperative team. Along the way, you’ll be supported by our Centre Leadership Team and the wider Journey community.
**In this role, you will**:
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Observe and document children’s strengths, interests, and progress
Design and implement activities as part of developmental programs
Work as part of a collaborative, supportive teaching team
About You
You’re a motivated educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building strong relationships.



You thrive in a team environment and are excited to support children as they grow, explore, and thrive.
**You will bring**:
An ACECQA-recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience supporting age-specific programs and routines
A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
