**About the Role**:

Join our warm and welcoming Member Assistance team as a Sales and Service Consultant - Travel, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued members, helping them find the right solutions across our trusted range of Roadside Assistance products and Travel Insurance services.

**Hours, Training and Location**:

- Rate of pay is $33.53 per hour + super + loadings
- Full time positions, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break
- Shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Weekend loadings if applicable - Sunday loading 68% and Saturday loading 50%
- Supported onsite training at our Eight Mile Plains location




- Hybrid work from home - combination of onsite and at home after 3 - 6 months, based on performance.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Chatting with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Creating positive experiences with every interaction
- Staying up to date with RACQ’s Roadside Assistance and Travel Insurance products

**About You**:

- Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Calm under pressure and quick to bounce back from challenges
- Eager to learn and grow in a quick-paced, team-focused environment
- Confident using computers and communicating clearly
- Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate
