We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to undertake the following duties: - Manage the ordering process for food and beverage ingredients
Participate in regular stock-takes and maintenance of ordering systems
Provide creative input in our food and beverage program to develop current products and train staff in their execution
Enforce health and safety standards throughout the venue
Recruit and select front of house staff members, and ensure appropriate training is delivered
Provide a superior guest experience by ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction




Manage the end to end reservation experience from small groups to large scale private events to the highest standard

Requirements:
A Diploma in Hospitality or at least 3 years in management/ supervising roles in Hospitality
Has excellent knowledge and a deep passion for our industry.
Experience in planning and organising specialevents and occasions
Experience in hatted restaurants environment preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
