**Job Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer in the hospitality industry
- Fluent English speaker (English speaking is essential for this role)
- Availability to work weekends and long shifts (12-14 hours)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Desirable Skills**:
- Marketing skills (a plus, but not essential)
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Process payments and manage billing
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
