We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Cove Hotel in Patterson Lakes. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.
The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.

What will my duties include?
Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.
Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.




Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.

What we are looking for:
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Food Handlers Certificate
TAB Compliance
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
Solid interpersonal skills
Willingness to work various shifts, including graveyards, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
