Atlas Fuel Pty Ltd, a leading fuel solutions provider in Western Australia, is currently seeking a skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Kwinana Beach. This is a key leadership role responsible for optimising procurement strategies and overseeing purchasing operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Create and manage cost-effective purchasing plans to maintain adequate stock levels without overcapitalising inventory.
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
Monitor and refine storage and inventory systems to ensure purchasing targets are consistently met.
Collaborate with internal departments to consolidate purchasing requirements and plan procurement activities efficiently.
Oversee accurate recording of purchase transactions, stock movement,



and supplier documentation.
Manage procurement staff, providing leadership, setting performance goals, and conducting regular reviews.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Solid negotiation skills and a strategic approach to supplier management.
Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and procurement software.
Ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced workplace.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field are preferred.
