**Your Impact**:
This role is going to be at the forefront in leading our TotalFusion Chermside pre-sale, driving your own targets + those of your Membership Consultants, while building community awareness, excitement and anticipation of the premium expansion coming to our flagship TotalFusion location!

As Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your unique skill set while empowering your team and our members to reach their ultimate potential.

**About You**:
You will take charge of managing the end-to-end sales performance of the Chermside location, creating and executing strategies that drive member growth and smash pre-sale targets.

Your role will involve setting team and individual goals, coaching and mentoring your sales team, and fostering their development aligned with their own career aspirations.
