**In this role, you'll**:
Work as part of a team delivering Tier 2 assistance to the Point to Point Industry Contact Centre and the 24/7 Taxi Fare Hotline, collaborating with Taxi Service Providers to ensure that they manage taxi service complaints in line with the Commissioner's expectations and the relevant legislation.

This role will see you work closely with taxi service providers to ensure that passenger complaints about the taxi industry are addressed and resolved. This will ensure passenger safety and compliance within the industry while providing you with a wide-ranging, interesting and satisfying role which makes a real contribution to both the industry and the travelling public of NSW. You will build relationships, support efficiencies and provide assistance in a high volume, fast paced environment.

**Please note that this role is based in South Eveleigh (in Sydney) and you are required to attend the office 1-2 days per week initially.**
