**About the Role**
As a Member Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact in our Morley branch, representing HBF in the moments that matter to our members.

Working within a small team, you will support new and existing members to help identify their needs and recommend the right product for them both face-to-face and over the phone.

You will be there for our members in a wide range of life moments, from welcoming a current baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-critical medical treatment,



as they reach out to better understand their health cover.

This position is being offered on a **permanent full-time** basis at our **Morley branch**.
