About the role

Morley continental meats' are seeking an experienced Butcher knife hand to join our team on a casual basis in our Morley, Western Australia location. You will play a key role in supporting our butchery operations, ensuring the highest quality fresh meat products are prepared and delivered to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing, cutting and packaging a variety of fresh meats to customer specifications

2. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment

3. Assisting in the operation and maintenance of butchery equipment

4. Providing excellent customer service and advice to customers

5. Adhering to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations

6. Supporting the wider butchery team as required

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Butcher or Butcher's Knife Hand, with solid knife skills and meat cutting ability

2. Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices

3. Good communication and customer service skills

4.



Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

5. Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays
