As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to play a key role in the continued success and development of the firm.
About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced family lawyer who enjoys managing complex matters, mentoring others and contributing strategically to a growing practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients on complex parenting, property and financial matters
• Managing a diverse and sophisticated family law practice
• Conducting negotiations and litigation across a broad range of matters
• Building and maintaining strong client and referral relationships
• Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients
• Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
• Assisting with team development and knowledge sharing
• Contributing to business growth initiatives and the continued success of the firm
You will enjoy significant autonomy while working alongside experienced leadership in a collaborative environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have at least 7 years PAE in Family Law
• Be confident managing complex family law matters independently
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Possess excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Be commercially minded and solutions-focused
• Have strong organisational and practice management skills
• Enjoy contributing to team development and firm growth
