Responsibilities

- Managing client onboarding/offboarding and preparing professional correspondence and documentation

- Monitoring ATO lodgment obligations (Tax/IAS/BAS) and coordinating workflows to meet deadlines

- Liaising with clients, ASIC and the ATO portal, ensuring accurate and timely communication

- Managing accounts receivable, weekly debtors follow-up, and assisting clients with payment management

- Maintaining WIP, completing reconciliations, and supporting practice reporting and KPI tracking

- Lodging Tax Returns/IAS/BAS via XPM

- Supporting continuous improvement, including implementing new apps and attending training/workshops

- Managing an administration team, and assisting the Director where required

Requirements





- 3+ years’ experience in an admin/client services role within accounting or professional services

- Strong working knowledge of XPM, Xero, and FYI

- Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to juggle deadlines and priorities

- High attention to detail, especially with financial documentation and client data

- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a client-first approach

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Practice management/software experience advantageous
