About the role

Gathercoles' is a family owned abattoir based in Carrum Downs. We are seeking an qualified plumber to work either one or two days per week on a permanent casual basis. This role could complement any electrician who would love to have a couple of days of guaranteed work to build around their own business.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance work

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions

3. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

4. Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs

5. Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.

What we're looking for

1. Qualified Plumber with a valid registration

2. Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Commitment to safety and attention to detail
