Role Description

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, translating business requirements into effective design solutions, and creating seamless user journeys that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to define user experiences, develop design concepts, and deliver high-quality interfaces that align with product goals and brand standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping digital products through user-centered design, research, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with product objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable design components.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible,



and optimized across multiple devices and platforms.
- Present design concepts, user insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and user experience standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experience principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
