There is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced **Hotel/Pub Duty Manager** at this outstanding and beautifully presented venue. This is an exciting time to be part of a totally revamped and refreshed establishment on the Gold Coast. **Mermaid Beach Tavern** boasts a sophisticated, modern and stylish design, which incorporates top quality fixtures and fittings. **Mermaid Beach Tavern**offers an exceptional menu, outstanding quality food, a full suite of beverage choices and loads of entertainment and promotional activities.

**Skills and experience**
- Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
- Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and government regulations.
- Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.
- Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that Company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
- Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.
- An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
