We're currently searching for a skilled and highly motivated Library Technician Mildura to join our team in a temporary, part-time position for up to 6 months.

About the Opportunity We are seeking a customer-focused Library Officer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting the community, to assist in providing an efficient and effective public library service. This role contributes to customer engagement, reader development, reference services, and general library operations.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Library Technician qualification recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association or experience working in a library environment
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to use computer technology, Office software and the Internet
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain
- Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one.
- Current Drivers Licence.
Salary and conditions The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $38.79 to $41.48 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
