SIFF PTY LTD Jamaica Blue Richmond Marketplace is seeking a qualified and experienced Cook for a full-time position at our busy café located in Richmond, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of café-style meals and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen operations within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of food items in accordance with menu specifications and company standards Assist in planning and preparing menu items and daily specials Season, portion, and present food to maintain quality and consistency standards Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure efficient kitchen operations Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations Inspect food supplies and ingredients to ensure quality and freshness Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage of food supplies Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and work areas Assist in minimising food wastage and maintaining portion control standards





Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field At least 1-year relevant work experience as a Cook Experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or hospitality environment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Good organisational and time management skills
