**Lead Educator**
**Sparrow Early Learning Upper Coomera**
**Part-time Position (Monday to Friday)**

**About the Roles**:
As a Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators

**What you’ll need**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 1 year experience in a current Lead Educator role
- Experience in Leading in Under 3yo studios.
- Robust knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

**Salary**: $30.28 - $32.57 per hour
