We are looking Casual Educators and one Lead Educator to join our team.

Location: Burpengary East, QLD, Australia

**Salary**: $$33.05 - $37.59 (hourly)

Your Role Will Include:




- Leading a room team and setting the standard for high-quality practice- Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF- Mentoring and supporting other educators in their professional development- Building warm, respectful relationships with children and families- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies

What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) - required- Working with Children Check (Employee)- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS- Excellent communication and leadership skills
