**Job Opportunity - NDIS Male Support Worker (24-Hour Care)**

Engaged Care is currently seeking a **reliable and experienced Male NDIS Support Worker** to provide **24-hour care support** to a participant based in **Derrimut, Western Melbourne**. This role is ideal for a support worker with **strong experience in complex mental health care** and the ability to work across extended shifts, including active and overnight support.

**Role Requirements**
- Male Support Worker ( preference)
- Proven experience supporting participants with **complex mental health needs**:

- Ability to work **24-hour care shifts** (day, evening, and overnight support as required)
- Ability to work independently and follow behaviour support plans
- Calm, skilled, and person-centred approach
- Reliable, punctual, and compliant with NDIS Practice Standards

**Shift Details**
- **24-Hour Care Shifts**:

- Includes **active daytime support** and **overnight support**:
**Mandatory Documents**

Applicants **must hold and provide** the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Any relevant qualifications (Cert III/IV in Disability, Mental Health,



Community Services, etc.)
- Passport (identity verification)
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Car Registration
- Car Insurance (Comprehensive or Third Party Property)

**Additional Requirements**
- Must have **own reliable vehicle**:

- Must be comfortable working in **Western Melbourne / Derrimut**:

- Experience with **complex mental health and high-support needs is essential**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 37 per week
