Medical clinic located in Hoppers Crossing is seeking an extremely motivated and friendly Psychologist. Health Hub provides a broad range of medical services to the community ranging from; family medicine and preventative medicine. Our aim to achieve the best possible health outcomes by using our skills, knowledge and expertise and working in partnership with our patients.

You will be reporting directly to the directors but will oversee the following:

The right candidate will be friendly, be enthusiastic about delivering results for clients, and be a outstanding communicator within the multidisciplinary team - both in the clinic as well as with external health providers such as GPs and surgeons. You will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, education and treatment for your clients, with a diverse caseload mix including Private, NDIS, DVA, Medicare,



Workcover, Insurance, and Self-refer appointments.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to join our busy and supportive medical practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessment, intervention, and mental health support to patients of all ages while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and behavioural concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and legal requirements.
- Work collaboratively with General Practitioners, allied health professionals, and other healthcare providers.
- Prepare mental health reports, care plans, and referrals when required.
- Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Support patients with mental health education and coping strategies.




- Ensure compliance with relevant ethical guidelines, policies, and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

- Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Eligibility to obtain or current Medicare provider number.
- Valid Working with Children Check (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working in general practice or private practice settings.
- Experience with Mental Health Treatment Plans and Medicare billing.
- Interest or experience in areas such as:
- Anxiety and depression
- Child and adolescent psychology
- Couples or family therapy
- Trauma-informed care
- Chronic pain management
- Workplace stress and burnout
