In this customer-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing them with outstanding service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance journey. Utilising your excellent communication skills and product knowledge, you will ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our customers at our Richmond, VIC location.
What you'll be doing
Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner
Provide detailed explanations of required services and estimated costs
Coordinate the scheduling and completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
Liaise with the technical team to keep customers informed of progress
Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns
Actively promote Richmond Skoda's services and products to build customer loyalty
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
Familiarity with the automotive industry, including a valuable understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
