This company is going through significant growth across the Asia Pacific region and the business is immediately focusing on investing into the domestic operation starting in Sydney, Australia.

As the recruitment consultant with a focus on sales and business development, you will have the opportunity to drive the recruitment projects and the recruitment strategy for this award winning retail operation.

The successful recruitment consultant will be required to contribute towards a positive, supportive and a high performing working culture and be a part of an amazing national recruitment team.Working as part of the national recruitment team, your role as a recruitment consultant based in Sydney,NSW is a vital and strategic newly created position for the business.

This new role is responsible for attracting the best talent for the business. You will be required to demonstrate your exceptional strategic sourcing techniques including but not limited to social recruiting, cold calling,



walk-ins (retail store visits),headhunting, referral strategies, talent pipelining and talent pooling.

**Your role will include but not be limited to**:

- Drive the end to end recruitment projects for this award winning retail operation.
- Attracting the best talent for the business through strategic sourcing techniques.
- Social recruiting, cold calling, walk-ins (retail store visits), headhunting, referral strategies, talent pipeliningand talent pooling).
- Generate warm quality leads to be passed onto the senior recruitment manager/team for assessments.

**You will be required to demonstrate the following**:

- 5+ years' recruitment experience (agency environment, sales based role within retail or high end goods) in asimilar capacity
- Sales and business development focused
- Previous experience in end to end recruitment/headhunting with a strong focus on strategic sourcing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High level of resilience and a passion to drive the recruitment sourcing function.
- Absolute drive to succeed and a passion for customer service.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Millers Point, NSW 2000
