**The Role**

Thank you for your interest in the **_Sales Representative position at James Lane Bundall._** We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team on a full-time basis at our HomeCo Bundall location.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries they may have.

If your experience is in retail, sales, customer service or you simply have a passion for design, this is the job for you.

**Some of the key responsibilities of the role include**:





- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Assisting with other duties around the store, such as visual merchandising, processing customer orders and ticketing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous sales and/or customer service experience is required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- **Ability to lift up to 20kg is required**
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
**- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings**
