**Description**:
What is the role?
The role will focus on raw and packaging materials to ensure they are efficiently and accurately received and sampled ready for QC testing and approval process.

**Responsibilities**:
Timely review of material documentation and cross checking against items received.




Time sampling of raw materials and packaging materials according to a sampling plan.
Prepare sampled items ready for QC Laboratory testing.
Communicate potential issues which may impact on production schedule.
Maintain a clean setting following principles of GMP for sampling and labelling.
Accurate checking of paperwork as required.
Daily cleaning of sampling utensils, sampling room and calibration of equipment as required.
**Skills and experience**:
Strong attention to detail to ensure all information received, entered and passed to other departments is correct and accurate.
Sense of urgency to ensure sampling is completed and prepared for QC lab are performed with mínimal delay.
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow up where required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various departments.
Needs to be physically fit due to demands of role.
Adheres to WHS policies regarding manual handling and sampling of chemical materials.
Familiar with Warehouse and Laboratory environments advantageous.
