Are you a seasoned hospitality professional ready to lead one of Sydney’s most vibrant late-night venues?

**The Oxford Hotel Drummoyne** is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on **Night Manager** to take charge of our operations during night trading hours. We're a fast-paced, full-entertainment hotel featuring a busy bar, pokies (EGMs), TAB, and Keno services, and we need someone who thrives under pressure and knows how to lead with confidence and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all hotel operations during night trading hours, ensuring smooth and compliant service across bar, gaming, and entertainment areas.
- Manage a team of night staff (bar, security, gaming attendants), leading by example and maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor and maintain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) protocols at all times.
- Take control of incident response, patron management, cash handling, and lock-up/closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and hotel policies, including gaming regulations.
- Manage nightly cash reconciliation, EFTPOS terminals, and till closures.
- Report nightly trading and operational matters to hotel management.

**About You**:





- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar night management or supervisory role within a hotel, club, or large bar environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with **gaming operations (Pokies, TAB, Keno)**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Confident in managing high volumes and peak trading periods.
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment at night.
- Must hold **current RSA and RCG & A-RCG certificates (NSW)**.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
