In this role, you’ll support prospective residents and their families as they transition into a Levande retirement community. Your consultative sales expertise and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of older Australians.

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following Levande’s structured sales process.
- Achieve sales volume targets in line with approved budgets for the village.
- Convert enquiries into settlements,



minimising cancellations and reducing days from sale sign-off to settlement.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies where needed.
- Represent Levande with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For
**Essential**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in face-to-face sales.
- Proven track record of converting leads to successful outcomes.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).

**Desirable**:

- Experience in retirement living, aged care, or residential property sales.
- Background in financial services, business development, or high-value consumer sales.
