We’re looking for a passionate, experienced **Parts Interpreter** to join our high-performing team at our **brand-new**, state-of-the-art **Burpengary** facility **opening in April 2026**.

If you’re an experienced automotive Parts Interpreter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows their way around parts catalogues, this role is made for you.

**About The Role**
- Provide timely, expert parts advice to customers and our workshop—face to face and over the phone
- Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues
- Process orders, manage transactions and coordinate with suppliers for prompt delivery
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Stay up to date with parts inventory, availability and product knowledge

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive or heavy equipment industries
- Experience with Japanese, American or European trucks will be highly regarded
