Join an award-winning Heritage Services team delivering prestigious SA projects Lead conservation and restoration across heritage buildings valued up to $5M+ Flexible work environment with great culture, and company vehicle included The Opportunity ROUSSOS is partnering with a highly respected South Australian builder known for delivering exceptional heritage restoration, conservation, and complex construction projects across Adelaide.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their award-winning Heritage Services team.
Leading projects valued between $1M–$3M, with opportunities exceeding $5M, you will oversee conservation, restoration and refurbishment works from planning through to completion across live and detailed environments.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.
You will also act as a key support to the Heritage Services Manager, mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the division.
The Role As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing heritage restoration and conservation projects from inception through to completion Leading project delivery across programme, procurement,



cost control and stakeholder management Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and site teams across live project environments Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and craftsmanship Supporting the Heritage Services Manager as a key senior member of the division The Like Mind The ideal candidate will bring: Experience leading projects across commercial, refurbishment, or fit-out construction projects valued up to $5M+ within the Australian market.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills A team-oriented and professional approach with strong cultural alignment Ability to confidently manage project delivery across programme, budget and quality outcomes Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing positively to team culture Heritage project experience would be highly regarded but is not essential This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, technically detailed, and historically significant projects within a highly respected South Australian business.
