**Customer Service Representative - Full Time (Office Based, Newstead)**

**About Us**
Engage Direct is a sales and marketing company based in Gasworks, Newstead. We help automotive brands connect with their local customers through genuine conversations.

**The Role**
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our office team. You’ll be making phone calls to existing customers bases on behalf of our clients, making sales calls, and supporting with some general admin tasks. This is an **office-based role** (not remote), Monday-Friday.

**What You’ll Do**
- Call existing customers to make service bookings
- Work with the CRM and complete booking entries
- General admin support (data entry, filing, organising)
- Provide friendly and professional customer service

**About You**
- Confident on the phone with a friendly manner
- Organised, reliable,



and detail-focused
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and admin tasks
- A team player who enjoys working in a supportive office environment
