**Day to day duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:





- Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines.
- Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site.
- Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility.
- Exceptional client service skills are important to ensure success in the role.
- Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging (training can be provided after commencement).

**About You**:

- Previous gardening and maintenance experience is preferred.
- OHS understanding.
- You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills which enable you prioritise work schedules.
- Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Positive 'can do' attitude will ensure your success in this key role.

**_ This is a physically demanding maintenance role; applicants must be capable of safely performing manual handling and other physical duties. _**
