As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our FREE business and community collection service across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Field Sales & Partnerships Representative to help SET UP and GROW awareness, partnerships and business collection opportunities throughout local communities and industrial areas.
About the role
This role focuses on building awareness and establishing partnerships with:
- Businesses
- Factories & warehouses (targeted field sales and door-to-door visits)
- Schools & sporting clubs
- Community organisations
- Government and commercial sites
Your role
This role is working exclusive for our Container Refund Point (The Bottle Community) across two locations and you will be introducing and setting up organisations with our FREE Containers for Change collection service, including:
- Free collection bins
- Scheduled collection services
- Recycling partnership opportunities
- Drop-box and collection point opportunities
The role includes
- Visiting businesses and organisations throughout the field
- Building relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Introducing and explaining the Containers for Change program
- Generating new collection partnerships and sign-ups
- Identifying opportunities for drop-box and reverse vending locations
- Collecting accurate business contact details and lead information
- Maintaining basic lead tracking and follow-up notes
- Assisting with follow-up calls, emails and onboarding
- Working alongside our administration team for scheduling and setup
- Helping grow awareness of our Caboolture and Warana operations across the region
This is a hybrid field and relationship-building role with flexible hours and autonomy. The role suits someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people and helping grow a developing service network.

- Approx. 15-20 hours per week initially
- Flexible working hours
- Combination of field work and light office/admin follow-up
- Working across both the Moreton Bay / Caboolture region and Sunshine Coast / Warana operations

About you
- Comfortable speaking with businesses and people face-to-face
- Self-motivated and organised
- Friendly, confident and community-minded
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic admin, data collection and lead tracking
- Previous sales, business development, hospitality, marketing, community engagement or relationship management experience highly regarded
- Existing local business or community connections highly regarded
