**Your Role**:
As a Full-Time Diploma Educator, you will:

- Create calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environments that align with Montessori principles.
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.




- Support children’s independence, curiosity, and development through thoughtful planning and observation.
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated, passionate team to create a protected, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere.
- Contribute to the educational program with creativity, professionalism, and warmth.

**About You**:

- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved qualification).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Montessori-inspired learning.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Have a valid up to date First Aid/CPR certifications (or be willing to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Montessori philosophy (desirable but not essential — training provided).
- Warm, collaborative, and proactive communication skills.
- A love for creating beautiful environments and building strong, lasting connections.
