About the Position:
The Finance Officer – Creditors will be responsible for maintaining creditor records, verifying invoices, ensuring payments are made in accordance with Shire's financial policies, supporting the Finance team, relieving payroll processing during absences, and coordinating Audit and Risk Improvement Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.

Responsibilities

- Maintain creditor records and verify invoices.
- Ensure payments comply with Shire's financial policies.
- Provide support across the Finance team and relieve payroll processing during absences.
- Coordinate Audit and Risk Improvement Committee meetings; prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Excellent time‑management and customer‑service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in general accounting concepts and terminology.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to identify continuous improvements and productive processes.
