As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-venue channels. This position requires a blend of strategy and hands-on execution, working alongside internal teams, designers, and external partners to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of Lasseters' brand presence.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent(Bachelor level preferred)
2–5 years' professional marketing experience in hospitality, gaming, tourism, or similar sectors
(Experience requirement may vary depending on qualifications)
Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Understanding of content systems such as XIBO or WYMAC
Experience developing EDM & SMS campaigns, including POS-integrated systems (e.g., TalkBox)
Strong digital marketing capability; exposure toB2B is advantageous
Competence with CMS / WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Social media marketing expertise across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter
Robust skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with video production and/or audio editing
