Job Description: Female and Male Support Worker Required in Ashfield, Werrington County and Penrith area

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female and male support worker to join our team under a sub-contract arrangement for the Ashfield area, Penrith and Werrington County suburbs.

Schedule:
- 9am-3pm (just a range, can change).

- Additional shifts will be provided as you build rapport with participants and showcase professionalism, reliability, compliance with NDIA code of conduct and company policy.

- Start off on the reservation team (on-call), then slowly will build consistent support worker schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing community access and support.
- Assisting with in-home, domestic activities.




- Supporting the participant in engaging with the community.
- Ensuring safety, respect, and professionalism during all shifts
- Happy to travel.

Requirements:

- Able to subcontract using their ABN
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Positive English communication skills
- Minimum phone use during shifts
- Patient, respectful, and capable of building a long-term, meaningful relationship with the client.
- Is to consider this position long-term

Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
