Position: Full-Time Barista

Location: Rosebud, Vic

Salary: $30/hour

Are you passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee and providing exceptional customer service? Rosebud Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Barista to join our team! As a Barista at Rosebud Cafe, you'll be at the forefront of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering a memorable coffee experience.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to Rosebud Cafe's standards of excellence.
Engage with customers in a friendly and qualified manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a smooth and effective workflow.
Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:
Previous barista experience in a high-volume workplace is preferred.




Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Afternoon shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Morning shift
Shift work

Experience:
Barista: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
Rosebud VIC (required)

Ability to Relocate:
Rosebud VIC: Relocate before starting work (required)
