Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
Interact with customers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality by consistently following brewing and preparation guidelines.
Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth and effective workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Specialty Barista in a high-volume setting.




In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
