Newcastle Anglican is seeking casual Laundry Assistants to work in our commercial laundry at Boolaroo.

To succeed in this role, you will thrive in a fast paced environment and be available to work across 2 shifts between 6:00am - 2:00pm & 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note there is no public transport available to this service.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining good work flow ensuring high volumes of laundry meet timeframes.
- Ensure linen and personal items are carefully washed, dried,



sorted and folded in line with Newcastle Anglicans high standards
- Follow machine operation instructions and appropriate load types
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and machines
- To communicate effectively with employees to ensure the goals and objectives of the position are met.
