Stellarossa Narangba is looking for an experienced **Café All Rounder** to join our friendly and energetic team!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café setting and has **solid kitchen experience**. You’ll work a mix of shifts both **in the kitchen and front of house**, and during busy periods you’ll work alongside our dedicated chef to help deliver the high-quality food and service Stellarossa is known for.

We offer **competitive hourly wages under the Fast Food Award (Casual) + super**, along with opportunities for incentives and growth within the business. Weekend availability is essential, and full training will be provided.

Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009 and has since expanded throughout Queensland in Café, Kiosk, and Drive Thru formats. Each café is locally owned and operated by passionate franchise owners dedicated to their community and team.

**About the Roles**

As a Café All Rounder at **Stellarossa Narangba**, you’ll play a key part in daily café operations. Your time will be split between:

- **Kitchen duties**: preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, and snack items to Stellarossa standards, maintaining high food quality and safety standards.





- **Front of house & barista duties**: preparing and serving high-quality espresso coffee and beverages, taking customer orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and welcoming experience.

You’ll also support your teammates during peak service periods, working closely with the chef and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Solid kitchen experience (minimum 1 year in a cook, chef, or kitchen-hand role)

- Willingness to learn barista and front-of-house skills (experience preferred but not essential)

- Ability to work both in the kitchen and front of house

- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

- Great communication and customer service skills

- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts

- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail
